Returns

Please be advised that all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges for any of our items due to hygienic and sanitary reasons, unless the wrong item was sent to you in our error. 

If the wrong item was sent to you in our error, please email us immediately at [email protected]. You will receive a response within 24-48 hours and we will send you the correct item free of charge. 

If you place an order and that item is on back order, we will email you as soon as possible, and give you an option to wait until the item is in stock for shipment, exchange for a different item or we can refund the amount paid.

Shipping

All orders will ship within 2 business days after you place your order. Orders purchased on the weekend or holiday will not be processed until the following business day and then it will be shipped the day after processing. You should receive your order within 7-14 business days from the purchase date. 

Yoni Youphoria is not responsible for packages that are undelivered, misdelivered, or damaged in transit provided that they are shipped to the address inputted by the customer on the order. In the event that your package was returned after being shipped to the correct address on the order form, customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.
